Tim Griffin became the top editor for Art Forum in 2003, where he previously served as senior editor and U.S. reviews editor. He was the art editor at Time Out New York from 2000-2002. Griffin is the author of Contamination, a collection of essays on art, architecture, design, technology and fashion. He is also a founding staff member of ArtByte: The Magazine of Digital Culture and a former senior editor of Art on Paper. He has written for publications such as Art in America, Vogue, Index, Artext and Art Press. Griffin attended Phillips Andover Academy and Columbia University. He was a 2002 fellow in the USC Annenberg/Getty Arts Journalism Program.
